Something else sorta handy for diabetics is the new autopens that we're 
starting to use in the hospital I work in.  Come preloaded with 300 
units of insulin, have a changable tip, and you dial the dose at the 
end.  Tap the injection site, and done.  Works well, and I'm not 
generally impressed with gadgetry.  Funniest part is that it's cheaper!
