Old Caldera custom header meaning "Thread Is Deteriorating" The idea was
to allow those who hated all the friendly and goofy chatter to filter
out all of the really good stuff and be left with just techno-data. 

We were happy to oblige and inserted <TID> with great abandon and much
glee. Ric
