I know that feeling, I have to deal with that all the time. Many M$ developers
think that there is no other than M$ and they want this and that. Then they tell
me they want to do Object Oriented development, then they program in C and use
COM.
An oxymoron, also they do not want to use any namespaces. The list goes on. 
When you inform them, they get indignant and mad.
