I doubt it. smtp.ist.utl.pt is an alias, and the two IPs probably mean
the usual server was down. But this has been going on for too much
time to be explained by a server being down.
Problems with this service (which is a University, Department-wide,
service) are usually solved quickly. The current problem lies probably
at the upper level (i.e., campus-wide)...
