Apparently, gmail strips out headers even when you choose their "View
Source" option.
Perhaps your problem is your receiving smtp, which is alternately:
relay=smtp.ist.utl.pt. [193.136.128.22],
relay=smtp.ist.utl.pt. [193.136.128.21],
Are you receiving your e-mails from both servers?
