archive with headers?

Yes.  With the exeption of M$' $hithouse series of mail clients, all
normal mail clients can show you headers.  Usually it's just an option
you need to select.  Take a look under "View" or your options.

You can also save the message and it should save _everything_,
including headers.

But if you're missing some messages from this list, some from other
lists (but not all messages from either list), sounds like a too
aggressive spam filter out there somewhere to me.
