Oracle does, at least for XE edition. You can install the Oracle XE using
RPM, then run the command line /etc/init.d/oracle-xe configure to configure
it.

I think for small business or system with small databases, and you have same
( or no ) experience with any database engine, then Oracle XE is a good
start because then you can learn about Oracle, which sounds better to your
employer :)
