I dont think much of PalmOS and even less of WinCE on a phone.

Given the choice I'd rather go with a Symbian-based smartphone
(symbian.com).

(Those of you who have ever used a Psion PDA and its excellent software
may know that Psion Software became Symbian several years ago).
