Hi Man-wai, thanks for asking. Houston is lucky, and I am lucky too. Rita
decided to change her path when she was near to Texas coast and she dropped
by the border of Texas and Louisiana. My area ( the west part of the the
center of Houston, I mean inside the 610 loop, and near the West loop ) has
no problem . 

This is the first time in my life that I have to prepare for a real storm.
Pretty nervous when I decided not to leave. Learned a lot of things and got
a lot of  experience. They will be very helpful for next time.
