anyone used Bonnie++ lately?

I need to do some disk benchmarking, and bonnie++ seems like a good 
test.  Anyone used it before, and have suggestions on a good set of 
options to run it with?

Also, anyone have anything else to suggest for disk performance 
benchmarking in Linux?  I don't care about FS, just what the 
controller+disk can do.
