"Low cost per page" and "inkjet" do not go together in the same sentence.

The ink jet business model has become one of give away the printer and 
rob them blind on the overpriced low-capacity cartridges.

If there is an exception to this I haven't heard of it.

And I realize this is no help at all :-(
