I like the first part, but the last name stinks.

Killing and Exploration Neohuman (I would have preferred Killing
Enhanced Neohuman).

K.E.N.L.E.Y.B.A.
Kinetic Electronic Neohuman Limited to Exploration, Yelling and Basic
Assassination

What's with the "Yelling" and "Limited"?
