Hi Vu,

You're probably either using existing partitions or doing manual 
partitioning. You are right that FC4 uses LVM (Logical Volume Manager). 
I've only had success with Automatic Partitioning during installation, 
then tweaking the partitions after choosing that option. Hope this helps!
