There are more improperly setup wireless system than you can imagine. A
friend was in the process of moving to Cranbrook B.C. and for some
reason her ISP terminated her internet one day early. She was able to
get access to the internet on her wireless (laptop) through someone
else. On arriving in Cranbrook, her internet would not be hooked up for
several days yet she still was able to get access on her wireless
laptop and continue to use her hotmail account<evil OS> . She has since
gone up and down most of the streets in Cranbrook and have found that
there are very few areas that she could not reach the internet. On the
high speed modem I have has a wireless access internally (which I have
disabled) Before disabling the wireless I checked to see how many
open wireless systems were near enough for me to access. I found three.
This is not good, am I surprised? Not!
