Probably no.  Does it have transactions?

On a related note, Oracle bought InnoDB after MySQL declined the
offer.  Oracle says it will negotiate InnoDB pricing with MySQL.
InnoDB could have been MqSQL's savior.

Also lacking:  left (right) outer joins, more.  

MySQL (like Windoze) is not ready for prime time.
