mobo - cpu tempeture

CPU is far too high for a P III, AMD runs hotter but that is a cut out 
temp. I know mine is new 64bit  AMD 3800+ cpu but with an ambient temp 
of 32C , the cpu is 58C and the sys or MB chip is 45C.
