Scotty/tkined build problem

Folks,

I'm trying to build scotty/tkined (no other program seems to do what
this one does).  While it builds, one of the libraries it builds has
several undefined symbols.  Grepping output from nm I can see the
undefined symbols.  The first one that grabs me is:
tclpCreateDirectory.

There are more undefined symbols, but the install fails during make
install with that symbol.

So, how do I go about finding where this symbol was moved to (what
include file).  After that, a simple include should do it (I hope).
