Hey all, I was curious if anyone has had the following problem and was
successful at fixing it.
Hardware:
Wireless NIC - Proxim Silver (ORiNOCO 11b/g PC Card) using the Atheros chipset
D-Link router - DI-624 wired/wireless router with WPA-PSK (using TKIP) enabled
IBM T20 laptop - dual boot Kubuntu 5.10 (Breezy) and Win2000
=================================
Setup:
The wireless NIC appears to load correctly creating ath0 interface.
The wpa_supplicant appears to load correctly with WPA enable and the
passphrase set correctly with wpa_passphrase.
=================================
Problem:
I don't get an IP address from my router after wpa_supplicant has authenticated.

Commands and output:
# wpa_cli

Selected interface 'ath0'

Any help would be greatly appreciated. BTW, this setup works fine if
I boot into Win2000 and it used to work fine using Kubuntu 5.04
(Hoary). Nothing has changed except upgrading Kubuntu.
TIA,
Brad.
