They USED to make those back in the early 1980's for MAINFRAMES
I used to work on (LOL).
I have an OLD (25 Year old) Emmerson Power on-line UPS with 2 huge
transformers someone gave me about 5 or so years ago. I spent $400
replacing the batteries and then last year, one of the boards
went south on it. It weighs 600 LBS with batteries. I am rigging the
batteries into some old off-line UPS's.
What is called a "line isolation" transformer is what you want. It is
in essance a "power plant" with great big MOV's, some transformers, and other
odd assortment of parts. It makes the power silky smooth.
