OK, that sounds more like a name resolution problem. On the XP clients,
make sure that they're set to auto-append the appropriate domain suffix
or they won't figure it out for themselves. scc.se should be in the
list of domain suffixes and the auto-append checkbox needs to be on
(they call it something different, but I'm not remembering at the
moment). If you need netbios resolution to work they have to be on the
same subnet or WINS needs to be working, but I'd try the DNS suffix bit
first since netbios is evil.
