ODBC drivers to connect to M$-SQL?

Are there any open source ODBC drivers for connecting to Microsoft's SQL
Server?  So far my google searching has come up with some commercial
options, but nothing open source.

My goal is to be able to query MSSQL from python, either directly, or via
the SQLObject package.  Read only is fine as the databases I'm using will
be mostly postgresql with perhaps some mysql thrown in for fast logging
purposes.
