enscript --pretty-print=perl myperlprogram.pl
 will print it taking into account that it is a perl program and not
 just a text file (keywords in bold, indentation respecting matching braces,...)

man dar|enscript --pretty-print=nroff -
 will print a man page with an adequate layout...


I assumed I had learned about it from the man page, but maybe
