Some suggestions:

1. You ask someone else with their own DNS server to provide secondary DNS
for you (and you reciprocate).

2. You ask your provider nicely if they will do secondary DNS for you.

3. You signup with a DNS provider and pay $ for secondary DNS service.

4. You get another colo server with another provider to run DNS on.
