I tried to first install Mepis, but at boot, I would get a kernel panic. I
had successfully installed it before with the same disk on my laptop.
I tried Kubuntu (sorry about the K part, Loni. I am old and lazy). It
couldn't even find the drives while installing. The disk checked out OK with
mdsum, but I will try a fresh download and see what happens.
Couldn't find anything on the FAQ's or manual about this.
