That's why I need some feedback as Its hard to decide. I will be doing 
exactly what you say when I get some feedback.

No, no smog, nothing that I see in some US cities anyway, and not at the 
coast. Brisbane is a coastal city and a river city. Homeless yes we do 
but not that you would notice.

As a matter of fact yes, we love the sea and all it stands for, we love 
the beach and lastly we love seclusion mostly.
