I was just considering this sort of thing. RAID1. Probably in software.
With a LVM on top. RAID1 is the thing I am really after here. I just
thought the LVM growth would be nice. So for each LVM device, I would
have one RAID1 disk pair. Maybe the problem is if both are done in the
kernel? Maybe a RAID1 hardware controller would make this less
problematic? Over my head here.
