Keith:   Are you cutting down the size of those pics before you upload them?

That is, you have the web page set to 640 x 480 but I got the feeling that I 
was downloading a lot more resolution than that because it took awhile.

You could save a lot of space (and peoples download time) if you would size 
them to 640 x 480 when you put them on the web page.

Just a thought.
