I tend to agree w/David (and others) on this. They're quite pointless, and if they send me something they didn't want to, that's not my problem. Nor do I feel duty bound to comply w/the instructions for getting rid of it.

The stuff I really like though is the MS "I want to recall this message" bit. Doesn't work w/a lot of non-MS mail clients...
