Skippy, AKA Keith Antoine, was a stalwart on this list for many years. 
He is an octogenarian and retired EE.  His interest was TV and video 
work on linux.  For a while, Skippy was talking about rolling a distro 
for the group because Caldera had taken so long to put out updates.

Last I heard, Skippy unsubbed from the list to take an extended 
vacation.  This was a second try at unsubbing/subbing.  He needed divine 
(Doug/Bill) intervention to get resubbed last time.

Your humor is well meant, (and funny) but we are talking out of concern 
for an old friend.  He lives on the other side of the world, so checking 
up on him is not as easy at looking in a phone book.
