Another vendor is Kingston Storcase.
Likewise, last year I researched various RAID systems and everything seemed
to be upwards of $5,000. You might consider a less expensive alternative,
however. That would be just to purchase an external SCSI enclosure with it's
own power supply to house the disks, and then run Linux software RAID from
your server.
