Just to throw another voice into the wind, i've used a little of
everything over the past few years:
* Belkin wifi (802.11b) router for the past 3 years without a single problem
* Netgear 10/100 10 port switch for the past 4 years without a single
problem
* Linksys 802.11b pcmcia card for the past 2 years without a single problem
* D-Link 802.11b PCI card for the past month. Too soon to tell how well
it holds up, but getting it working with ndiswrapper for FC3 was
surprisingly easy.
* Two Cisco Aeronet 802.11b wifi pcmcia cards for the past 3 years
without a single problem
