I dont have Flash on my browser at work so I can know for sure it works.

The home page and various links off it dont need Flash.

Click on "everyone's photos" under the search box for example.

Now click on a thumbnail.

The picture displays just fine despite the little message above it telling
you to install Flash (you dont need it to view a picture - the plugin just
adds a little optional toolbar).
