The short answer is no. Something has prevented the package 'g++-3.3' from 
being configured. There either is a problem with the configuration script, a 
problem that is preventing the configuration script from completing 
successfully, or the installation was interrupted prior to completion.

I would suggest running 'apt-get install --reinstall g++-3.3'. Once that 
installs completely, including configuration, you should be able to complete 
the install of  'libstdc++5-3.3-dev'.
