building LVM kernels for RH

Is this your first try with a 2.6.12.x kernel? I've been running all of the
2.6.11.xx kernels without any problems but the 2.6.12 (using pretty much the
same .config) has a lot of problems for me... My network doesn't come up
for one thing and USB seems to be broke.
Just a thought.
