OT: Source for APC signaling cables

Does anyone know of an alternate source for APC UPS signaling cables 
like the "simple signaling" cables (#940-0020) that hooks a "dumb" UPS 
to a computer or server. URL below.

APC wants $30US for these and they can't be worth a fraction of that.
