Typo3 is Uses Linux (or Windows) server, Apache, MySQL and PHP. Backend
(management interface) and frontend (website) can both use *nix-like
system of permissions for who can do what, if you like. Has a great
interface for downloading and installing plug-ins for all kinds of
things and lots of documentation in HTML, PDF and/or OpenOffice.org formats.
