New Machine

Hello, list,

Never having built a machine from scratch, I'd appreciate if
a wiser or more experienced head than mine confirmed for me 
that the following components will play nicely together:

Mobo: MSI MS-9130 Dual Socket 940 VIA K8T800 ATX Server Mobo
CPUs: 2 AMD Opteron 242 SledgeHammer 400MHz FSB Socket 940 CPUs
RAM : 4 CORSAIR 512MB 184-Pin DDR SDRAM DDR 333 (PC 2700) ECC 
      Registered DIMMs
Case: ATRIX CSCI-L8005-C43 Black/Silver Steel ATX Mid Tower w/
      400W Power Supply
Fans: 3 ARCTIC COOLING Pro 2LTC 80mm Blue LED Light Cooling Fan

I had to get registered ECC RAM because the mobo requires it. Likewise,
the mobo only supportx DDR 333 when using dual Opterons. I'm going
to exchange the stock power supply in the case for a better, quieter
Antec one I already have. The 3 fans are strictly for looks, but
should be quieter than whatever comes in the case. If you want to
