sendmail: delay in SMTP AUTH

If I added an OK entry, then the response would be immediate. Otherwise,
any hosts that's not an accepted relay would have to wait 15 seconds to
see the AUTH prompt.

I planned to open port 25 for remote users to use my smtp, with AUTH of
course.

I am using sendmail-8.13-4 and cyrus-sasl-1.5.28.
