gmail + firefox woes

The weird thing is, this only happens with my box at work.  I'm using 
the 'official' firefox tarball on my home FC3 box (instead of the RPM) 
and do not experience this problem at home.  I'll prolly give the 
tarball a try at work and see if that makes a difference.
