I've used reiserfs without problem for several years on 2 boxes, one
that's on all the time. I've had up to 5 power outages in one hour (no
ups) and they rebooted without problems. This is running libranet linux
(debian). I'm beginning to wonder if it's just luck.

You get a ups for $5.00?
