ADMIN: resolving any issues w/ the site or its services

It's come to me attention that a lot of people aren't sure how to resolve 
issues with the site or our services now that I've distributed the services 
around to multiple servers and hosts. I apologize for the lack of 
clarification on this. I'll be putting this info on the site in the near 
future, but for now, please refer to the below:

Email: anything email related should be directed to postmaster at linux-sxs.org . 
this includes all lists and IMAP/POP issues
Web: if there is an issue w/ the site (it's down, there's a 404, typo, etc) 
please send them to webmaster at linux-sxs.org
IRC: if you have a problem w/ the new IRC server, irc.linux-sxs.org, please 
email irc at linux-sxs.org
Rsync: if you are trying to rsync the site and are having issues, please email 
rsync at linux-sxs.org
News: if our news server is acting up, email news at linux-sxs.org

I think that's all of them. If anyone has questions about this, reply on-list, 
and I'll answer them. That will give us something in the archives to point 
people at in the future :)
