Normal winsock does all normal stuff. Your browser and e-mail will work.
I do not use VNET. If you are accessing remote shares in the Linux host
via samba, they are available to win4lin, who is none-the-wiser and sees
them as local files. VNET must be for special network situations,
perhaps not running TCP/IP.

If a remote printer is set up via samba and the normal linux printer
queue, win2lin will see it. The remote printint is only if you expect
windows to set up a printer interface on its own.
