Google is neither advanced nor hard to use.  That said, getting maximum 
benefit is not obvious.  After Lonnie producing answers in minutes that I had 
spent hours looking at Google to get, I finally had to ask how he gets the 
results he does.  I don't think I would have found out without asking.

I apologize for the tone of my post earlier.  It was much harsher than I 
intended as I reread it.  I just feel that a direct answer allows better 
teaching later.
