I moved my household, some 9 years ago now, with only the help of my wife and 
3 year old son. I began with a body weight of 180 pounds and ended up 
weighing a slim 145 ponuds. Stressful? You bet!  My boy was a peach during 
the whole process... My wife was the boss. ;')
