English to Chinese Translation Software

i do not think you are likely to find software that will do this, for 
several reasons. first is that there are numerous dialects, so 
"chinese" isn't a language per se. second, even translating to a 
particular dialect with software would be difficult without a 
brute-force program that uses a.e. to look at the context and figure 
out what is meant. third, no translation program works as well as a 
flesh-and-blood translator, at least not yet.
