I was running Warty and running KDE. I just switched one of my sources
to Hoary, and one accidental Mark All Upgrades/Apply (and 13 hours) and
I'm running Hoary :)
It's a little different. Most of the theme is the same, except they
split the menuing to 3 menus instead of two. I'm geeked about the newer
WiFi control applet (was it similar before?).
Network control is pretty sweet, allowing me different location settings
for my various SSID settings and such.
I'll check into the Kubuntu project, but Ubuntu is quite focused at
Gnome. MEPIS is another Debian offchute which focuses on KDE, but their
themes are not thet great.

| This may be of interest. Nice screenshot. Apparently there are quite a
| few people using KDE on Ubuntu even tho the Kubuntu project isn't really
| "finished" yet. Note that they're running "Hoary" which is due for
| release in April.

| Kubuntu:

| everyone assures it isn't.)
