IMPS.2 works perfectly for all of my rodents on various Libranet
installations and eDesk 2.4/3.11, SuSE 9.1, etc.
All are wheel mice. They are all connected to the ps/2 port. I have
not experienced run-away mice since I replaced the serial port ones with
ps/2 versions. I prefer Logitech. Last year I bought a MS Mouse
because it was on sale. This POS needed to have its rollers cleaned
at least weekly; the Logitech mice need a cleaning maybe every two or
three months. I replaced one mechanical Logitech with an optical and
there was no need to reconfigure X afterward.
