Just curious. Have I been hiding under a rock or have you? I've read
post after post from people who can't get the ATI drivers to work at
all on 2.6. Gentoo users would probably reverse your comment. Nvidia
does have problems with new kernel releases, but they do seem to
respond a little more quickly than ATI.
