That arrived a few days ago and I haven't gotten to it during my daily
commute to/from work, yet.

True. But they would have eventually. Nonetheless, it's aggravating to
spend all day chasing one problem, find another, fix it, and still have the
original problem. I've been doing a lot of that at work lately. Whoever
designed the network, database, and Web site should be hung, drawn,
quartered, shot, stabbed, burned at the stake, mutilated, dipped in acid,
slapped, beaten, dismembered, tied to an anthill of angry fire ants, and
forced to marry my ex-wife.
