I have Qwest dsl, and am using a local isp (drizzle.com). I'm totally
happy with this service. It's been error free. Always on, never a need
for service. I've had it for about 4 years. I'd recommend a static IP if
available.
You can run servers. My static ip has a name, like a subnet of the isp.
I run a home network of 3 or 4 computers through a linksys router.
They say it's not as fast as cable. Oh well.

I've been trying to set up remote smtp relaying using postfix and imap,
but no luck. Relaying denied by my local postfix install. Works only
from inside my firewall, not from the web. (not yet.)
